Today, when I saw it wasn't going to stop snowing, I finally decided she had to go out in it.
She took one step out, walked back in the house and sat down. So I picked her up and put her on the porch. Head down, tail between her legs she walked the length of one block and down another. She didn't balk, or drag behind, but this was a huge change from her normal exuberant pace!
She finally peed, and Finn peed, and I said the magic words - "Okay, let's go back!"
What a difference! Head and tail come up and, tail wagging, she runs all the way home, where there are treats all around for good doggies.
