Date: 2017-11-22 12:45 am (UTC)Take the beans and put them in a pot with 3 cups of water for every cup of beans. Bring the beans and water to a boil for 2 minutes. Then remove from heat and let them stand for an hour.
This *works*. I've *never* gotten the "soak overnight" method to work.
