Ugh, yeah, silicone is not cheap. Still, flexible materials like that aren't known to have a long lifespan. Not one that I would trust reliably, at least.

Hope you got a few years of use out of it at least.

Oh, yes. And it probably broke faster than it ought to have because I've been using it to cook chicken in and sometimes people cut that in there which they shouldn't.

I'll just get a proper casserole first and then a cake pan later.
