New TV Season

conulyQuestion: I stopped watching The Flash midway through last season. The whole arc was ugh boring and also problematic.
Should I a. push through the rest of the season b. skip it, read the recap, start next season fresh c. don't bother reading a recap either or d. just give up on the show entirely?
Also, there is a giveaway to win a copy of Provenance by Ann Leckie, and so far I'm liking my copy, so if you liked the Imperial Radch trilogy you should enter. This is set in the same universe, but not involving the same people.
