And so zonked I actually got close enough to touch her, though I didn't because, you know, she's feral. I'm pretty sure waking her like this would not have helped her socialization, and would've gotten me scratched at the very least.

But it was adorable.

My personal phone camera is crap.

And she is very adorable, in a scruffy ragamuffin kind of way. It helps that she's the smallest fully-grown cat I've ever seen. If I didn't know for a fact that she's at least four years old and has reproduced once (before being TNR'd) I'd think she was only about 4 - 6 months.

Yes.

She's actually very friendly for a feral cat. Like, she'll never get close enough for you to touch, but she'll follow her chosen humans around from a discreet distance, mrowping. (She wants food.)

I just wish she wasn't otherwise feral. I keep thinking she's a great candidate for adult feral rescue, but I don't know anybody who does that, and I really can't.
