conulyI get the feeling that ever since politics went bizarre, they've been frantically writing everything down as "inspiration". I guess that's one way to cope...? Wonder what they'd do if things went right for a change.

5. Also, I don't know, I feel like Mon-El ought to be a little more conflicted about seeing his mom and his girlfriend duke it out, even if Rhea is a genuinely terrible person and mother.
6. It's good to know that even now, the top priority is the evening news!
7. Kat Grant has never seen Star Wars?
8. So she does still believe Kara is Supergirl, right? And she also knows about Clark, right?
9. Oh, I guessed who wanted to see them. That wasn't a surprise. Now, does he have two numbers going to the same phone, or two phones, or...?

11. Geez, the fight's coming only halfway through? Oh, man. I really hate tedious fight scenes. It's all punch punch GASP punch punch punch.

14. And you know what the worst part is about the mass destruction? Nobody's insurance covers "acts of interplanetary invasion" or "superheroes".

16. Wow, Rhea's death was REALLY dramatic. And I guess everybody who hates Mon-El is rejoicing. Gosh, that makes this season's romance - including that stupid musical episode - really really pointless. I really hate that. It feels cheap.
17. Wonder what the effect of all this "not toxic to humans at these levels!" lead is going to have on the crime rate.
18. Hm. You know, Kara, it seems to me that you could leave Earth. Come back for visits, you know.
