Well, it'd hardly be the first Earth-2 villain he killed. I think the better question is "Barry, do you think you can survive?" It's not a very interesting story if we can't at least pretend we think Barry might die.

Depends on where in Africa, I'd say. Cape Town, for instance, has lots of corners that do look like Vancouver or Frisco (with occasional penguins). Of course, it also has lots of corners that look stereotypically South African. >_> Northern Africa, well, that should look more Mediterranean (... well duh, it IS Mediterranean), and in between I haven't yet been.

Maybe people on Earth-2 are just, I dunno. More responsible? But I guess not, since it's a Super show...
Maybe they have better technology. :P

I don't see how they could have before this episode was filmed. And if they want to curb bullying - an admirable goal! - they might do better to shut down Barry's sekrit prison.
