I am a huge fan of the placebo effect. I really don't care if my headache is fixed by the pills themselves, or whether any placebo would have worked - either way, my headache's gone!

Interesting thing I read recently: Apparently, the placebo effect still works even if you know for sure it's a sugar pill. The brain is truly bizarre.
