I had to scramble for tickets when Eva complained they hadn't seen it yet this year (oops) and ended up with the Brooklyn College production. The one that's narrated. That's actually the first one the girls ever saw, and I decided to sit it out. Jenn was really annoyed by the narration and possibly the dancing and texted me about it, lol. But you get what you pay for, and these tickets were $15 each.
Literally a day after I got those, somebody at NYCHEA arranged a groupbuy for the NYCB Balanchine production. God damn. Next year I'll save our pennies!
