Went to pick up the belated CSA today
May. 13th, 2015 09:43 pmTook the train back. As we approached our stop, I moved my backpack from between my feet to on my back. As I was sitting, this shoved me forwards somewhat, which gave me the perfect vantage point to witness the cockroach crawling around on somebody's butt.
My fingers itched to swipe the thing off him, but there's no way that wouldn't have been misinterpreted. I consider telling him, but "Excuse me, sir, there's literally a bug on your butt" wasn't likely to actually go over any better. So instead I just sat there, fixated, utterly unable to look away.
As shining moments in the MTA go, this is a bit of a low point.
