Where some brat stole Ana's boots. When she told his mother what had happened, in an attempt to get them back, the woman said (according to Ana) that it wasn't a big deal, after all, he doesn't know better because he's only eight.

Unfreakingbelievable.

Ana also had to contend with a woman who wanted to know if her wig was her real hair, did not accept the answer of "yes", and actually tried to pull it off her head. She showed remarkable forbearance. I told her afterwards that she has standing permission to bite people next time they try that. I mean, seriously!

We walked to the boat at this point, stopping to pet no fewer than 22 dogs on the way. This is all Eva's fault.
