Very, very hearty muffins, though. Whew. I think one is enough for anybody, no matter how yummy they are.
So, odd question. Why do we call it the "Pacific Northwest"? I don't live on the Atlantic Northeast, and really, how many northwests do the US and Canada have between them? One, and it's on the Pacific. So why?
