Some of the clothes may be an utter loss, though.

Any advice?

Can a group of passionate mothers defeat the nation’s largest pro-gun institution and persuade elected officials to enact laws that will reduce gun violence and save lives? It’s too early to tell, but this weekend the two groups will come face to face outside the NRA’s annual convention.

The National September 11 Memorial Museum should be known as a moving tribute to the victims of the terrorist attacks. Instead it has found itself engulfed in a growing dispute, with museum officials ignoring the concerns of some interfaith leaders and refusing to release a controversial video to the media, and one museum board member accused of harboring anti-Muslim sentiments.

Despite frequent media reports of school shootings and child abuse, a new analysis says the amount of violence U.S. children are exposed to fell considerably during the past decade.

Iron the clothes between sheets of waxed paper. This allows the crayon to melt again and migrate to the warm waxed paper. Good luck!

Most of the time I bite my tongue, so to speak, but not this time.

enact laws that will reduce gun violence and save lives

So how's that working out in Chicago? (I'll summarize: Strictest gun laws in the nation. Blood in the streets.)

I like your writing, but I do get tired of the kneejerk GUNS BAD sometimes. As a responsible gun owner, it chafes.

I've had some success getting colored ink out of clothes by treating them with hand sanitizer. Maybe try that (in hot water)? I was very dubious but it really worked.

I'll second that I've heard this works (though will admit I haven't tried it myself).

I'd be concerned that you would liberate the dye out of the wax and into the clothes without dissolving the wax - I'm not sure non-polar wax would dissolve in polar alcohol.

Considering I'm a member of SAF, www.1mmagc.org/, and the NRA, probably not. Here, one in twelve citizens has a CC permit. OC is legal also. And look at this state's violence stats....then look at Chicago. Case study.

They do not work.

(Having trouble logging in. For some reason.)

Let us model these national standards on the areas with the lowest crime rates and I will be behind it all the way. Hell, if we get national reciprocal CC out of it I will volunteer.
