About to binge Lower Decks

Watched a little more Voyager with E as well.

Let's see... Holographic Da Vinci has an adventure and honestly, Janeway ought to reprogram him to be a little more self-aware or else reset him back to the last save point. I did not remember this episode at all.

Neelix dies and then is allowed to have a feeling about it, but honestly, they should've just lied to him and said he was in a perfectly ordinary coma. Also, they need to fucking hire a therapist at the next planet or something, and also a few nurses.

Blah blah dreams and Native Americans are literally magic, so we skipped it.

The Doctor goes to a prototype ship and pals around with another EMH and it is amazing. Starfleet declines to send them a second EMH to back up the first one. They could really use a second doctor, though, so I don't know why they made that call. (I know why the show made that call, I just think Starfleet Command ought to have made a different one. They don't know they're fictional, after all!)

We're about to head into a herd of Hirogen episodes which... I mean, they're okay.

So, one of the things being sick does to me is it robs me of the ability to think clearly

I end up depending on others to think clearly and tell me things like "Take medicine" and "Drink water" and "It's not hot, you have a fever" and, oh yes, "Don't forget we have a pile of covid tests in the dining room".

And what's really frustrating is that I'm willing to bet that the very first symptom was not a sore throat, it was the "pulled shoulder from sleeping funny", aka "sore joints and tiredness" a week ago. I just, well, thought I'd pulled my shoulder from sleeping funny. I've been using so much muscle rub, guys!
