I learned something today.

Specifically, I learned that I really need to wash my potholder, and until I do it's not suitable for an impromptu bookmark, no matter how short-term.

Sigh.

I wonder if some cornstarch would help? Or maybe baking soda? How the hell did it even get this bad? It's like the thing was dipped in butter or somet - oh, actually, come to think of it that might be it.
