Interesting choice of words there

This charging station is offered 1-year warranty but not valid in the cases as below:

A. Dropped by careless
B. The liquid flooded into the charging station
C. Damaged by outside heating source
D. Dust stacked.
E. The appearance damaged by anthropic factor
F. Damaged by natural disaster

Somebody needs to replace their foreign to English dictionary, because number E isn't working.
