Today I remembered I had ground beef to use up, and also a cabbage

so I made vaguely Asian cabbage beef - onions, garlic, ginger, beef, cabbage, carrot matchsticks, soy sauce, and cut scallion at the end. Vaguely Asian, especially once I eat it with sriracha!

I went down to see my mother, and she was in the garden. I had to turn off her tv because you-know-who was on and I just could not stand to hear him. I scared my mom and sister cursing him out, lol! They both came to make sure I hadn't suddenly fallen in the freezer and injured myself.

Later I went down to see my mother again and she was watching French news. I glanced at the screen and saw old folks in walkers. "The nursing homes in France and Belgium are all under quarantine and people are scared of disease?" "Wow, your French has gotten really good!" No, it's just that all these stories are the same now....

Also: HBO is making hundreds of hours of its content free to stream
