Their phone system is completely automated. Why the hell does it shut down for the night? I can call the cable company at 1am and pay my bill. I can call ConEd and pay my bill. But I can't call National Grid, work through their phone tree with no human interaction whatsoever, and pay my bill?

(Also, fuck whoever decided I should have to spend 90 seconds mashing buttons before getting to the bill-paying part of my call.)
