After examining the evidence, we're pretty sure it's a pipevine swallowtail, but we are not 100% certain.

Later, she grabbed me in a chokehold when I went to kiss her goodnight and refused to let me leave. So I hopped up and snuggled her. "You're trying to spite me, aren't you? Well, it won't work!"

After she fell asleep I was able to extricate myself from her death grip (putting a doll into her sleepy groping arms to trick her) and head up to my own bed. It sure took her awhile!

A few days ago I went to change my shirt and it HURT. Seriously, it felt very rough and itchy on my chest. So I take a look, and somehow, I don't know how, I had a huge scrape on the underside of my breast. WTF?

So I tried just being gentle with it, but when the scab ripped off when I took off my bra I realized I had to put a band-aid on that. I accidentally ended up opening a heavy duty band-aid, and how heavy duty can it BE on the underside of my breast? but went with it anyway.

Two days pass, and when I went to take a shower my thoughts ran as follows:

1. Wow, this band-aid really is waterproof!
2. But you know, I think I ought to take it off anyway.
3. Huh, that's difficult...
4. No, you are supposed to change these things. I'll run some water over it.
5. Yay, it's coming off, and it barely hurts!
6. Wait, where's the gauze? Uh... huh.
7. God damn it.

Only the top part of the band-aid had come off, you see, the plastic part, leaving the heavy duty adhesive and heavy duty threads and the bandage part all firmly attached to my breast.

Ugh.

I need to dig up some vaseline, I know we have some somewhere.
