I'm not sure where they got that second attribution, I've never seen one for that quote before, but I would've gone with another quote if the best I could do is find a store manager! I might also point out that "eat well and get exercise" is advice that is at odds with an attitude of staying in as soon as the teachers think it is one degree below where they are REQUIRED to take the kids out and snacktime in pre-k and kindy where goldfish crackers are not just accepted but solicited.
