What I've eaten all day: 1 cracker (thank you, Evangeline sweetiepie!)
1 banana
1 small bowl applesauce
1 small bowl yogurt with honey
1 cup ginger tea
And I *still* feel unsettled and weak every time food comes near me. You can see I'm working my way through that BRATTY diet :)
