First article Yahoo showed me when I checked my mail?

Two planes at JFK nearly crashed. Specifically, they were "within a half-mile of a crash!"

Now, I know consciously that planes are very big, and they go very fast, and that being within half-a-mile of each other while in the air is actually a very big deal...

But damn if I can't keep myself from thinking about how silly the headline sounds!
