Today was another girl-with-a-curl day :)

Y'know, when Ana is chowing down on her broccoli ("Eat some of that chicken before asking for more, Ana!") and explaining why she wants more when she still has broccoli remnants on her plate ("No, Connie, I want the whole broccoli please!") and singing a little ditty about it ("I've got the whole broccoli, in my hand! I've got the whole broccoli, in my hand!"), I can't help but think that I'm really very lucky that I get to spend so much time with my family.

And when she throws a tantrum in the morning, goes back to sleep, and then poops on the floor immediately upon wakening (like, before I know she's up), and tries to sneak out of her room so I won't find out - then I can't begin to tell you how glad I am that I am not the one permanently in charge of this child. Or that carpet. Ick. (Yet another reason why wall-to-wall carpeting is a Very Bad Idea, folks! Just like any other animal, young humans befoul carpets. Beware!)
