Wow. Those last few minutes... wow. I can't believe spoiler spoiler spoiler. Though all that teasing over whom she's dating really irritated me.

1. STICKFIGUREFIREFLY!

2. Ana told me an interesting story today...

Ana: Tummy hurt... mommy.
Connie: Your tummy hurts, sweetie?
Ana: NO! MOMMY tummy hurt!
Connie: Mommy's tummy hurts?
Ana: Yeah. Mommy takea nap!
Connie: Oh, so then she took a nap?
Ana: Yeah. Mommy tummy... tummy... bigger.
Connie: Um. Yeah. Didn't know you'd realized....
Ana: Mommy "good morning!"
Connie: Oh, so she woke up!

I really thought she didn't remember that her mom's stomach used to be non-pregnant. That was a while ago, in toddlertime. Oh, and she knows her friend Barbara's name now, which got a bit confusing until I realized. I thought she was talking about bubbles a lot, which made me think. We understand what Ana is saying most of the time. A lot of what she says is clear as day to us. But when Ana's friends her age, Tommy and Barbara, say stuff, I don't understand them. Their parents do, but I don't, generally. So does that mean that I only think Ana's speech is fairly clear, and it's really not to people who aren't used to it?

And it's now cold here. By which I mean c o l d ! Brrrr. Poor Ana doesn't have much winter clothing at this house, apparently, which really sucks.

*stretches*

I'm bored now. Will go back to read my book. Djusk' a.

I'm not taking this one apart. I simply don't have the energy.

Of course, it *is* just a cheap-ass editorial, doesn't even have a name attached. Can't be bothered to care about it, really.

Ending with the line "He's George Bush's choice for Governor, but is he yours?"

Man, I just cracked up.

Well, it was that or start crying again over our bad luck (three more years? THREE? GOD FUCKING DAMN!) at having That Idiot in charge.

Remember that poem Castles in the Air? I'm listening to the tune for it over and over again right now. For a' sae sage he looks, what can the laddie ken? He's thinking upon naething, like mony mighty men." That and this commercial are blending together very interestingly mihi right now.
