I think maybe, just maybe, somebody has been playing with my phone. I'll have to have a stern talking-to with my sister. If she's going to play with my phone while with her kids, she should at least spell correctly!

Occam's Razor, it claims to be from you, so it probably is. Ergo, it most likely is a text message from you of the future you went back in time to send yourself. You don't understand it yet, but at the critical time when the data is vital, you will have the tools to understand it, as you will well know. Don't delete that message!
