Date: 2004-05-08 08:22 pm (UTC)Visualize a white room filled with songlyrics and either vacuum them up or paint over them, all the while singing bits of other songs in your head, switching every ten seconds so as not to give the other songs a chance to creep back in. Be sure to throw jingle bells in as frequently as you can stand -- it's the best for distracting your attention from other songs. You wouldn't want to just singe jingle bells, though, as it is probably just as unpleasant, especially if you know all of the little kid variations about batman and such.
