Snuck downstairs JUST for this post.

I was washing the dishes while the nieces eat breakfast, when I heard the sound of reading. Out loud. The rule is NO READING AT THE TABLE, NO NOT EVEN TO YOUR SISTER because if you read at the table you simultaneously get food on the books while forgetting to eat.

So I told them to stop, and glanced back to see what book it was.

It was a cookbook. Ana was reading a cookbook like a storybook, because she hadn't had the foresight to bring anything to the table earlier.

That's hysterical! Maybe you could make an exception for cookbooks, since most of us cooks tend to get food on the anyway. *L*
