So I might not get a chance to post here from tomorrow until Monday. I'll just backdate some entries when I get back and call it a day. Considering my normally frenzied pace of posting, though, I thought you'd worry if I just poofed. So. Going to California. Djusk' a.

Ahem. Sorry. But I don't think I'm anywhere near there... Escondido, somewhere outside of San Diego. I have no idea how California adds up. I'm visiting my grandmother, she's not a good driver anymore, my sister and I can't drive, and my uncle is unlikely to drive us anywhere (he's not a safe driver anyway, drove cab for too many years), so unless you're going out of the way to visit me, I doubt I'll meet you. And that would be going out of the way.

Hmmm. San Diego is about 3 hrs, I think. You are going to be here until Monday? I am trying to think of a window where I could do that because it would be fun. :-) I don't know if I can swing it though.

If you want to send me a number via my livejournal email account, I could ring you if I figure out a way. (You are not going to have internet access, I gather....)

Have a great trip either way, and be sure to bring shorts. It's been blazing hot up here, and SD area is just always hotter that we are, IIRC. :-)

I'm going to be back in the city 6am Monday, then go straight to class. So say Sunday.

I will have internet access, but I hope to spend time with my family, not just on the computer. And I never wear shorts. They make my knees hurt.

But calling. That'd be cool. I'll make a friends-only post for those friends of mine in the area with the number once I get the area code.
