I honestly skimmed it, but it seemed like a satire to me.

I worry when people tell me things like that work. I worry when people try to explain utopias to me, and then try to go for eutopia/utopia. For some reason that drives me insane, because I'm still not sure whether they're pulling that distinction out of their asses.
