The voiceover goes on and on about "how could something *artificial* moisturize your skin???", which is pretty funny because this same company has been telling us for eons that their petroleum-based product (ew) is Just What We Need.

Then they announced that their new product is natural. Yup... 94% natural!

I'm desperate to find out what the other 6% is made of. Meanwhile, I've got a pair of actually natural lotions off of Etsy I've been using on my feet. And unlike icky petroleum stuff they a. smell good and b. are actually working, so... yeah.

Organic virgin coconut oil, hon. I wish I'd found out about it 40 years ago. It smells lovely by itself, or you can warm it up to liquid and stir in whatever essential oil you like, and it's far cheaper than packaged lotions.

Technically oil and petroleum are natural too, but the refining process isn't and I'm sure rubbing it on your skin isn't. Maybe we should go back to animal lard and human sweat/skin scraping.

Haha, exactly. I was agreeing with you on the "if it's 94% natural, WHAT is the other 6%?" But if petroleum is not considered natural, perhaps THAT is what the other 6% is.
