I have no idea if the law could even be applied the way this article suggests. What I do know is that at this level of outcry, nobody has anything left to fear - it'll either be quickly repealed or overturned at the rate things seem to be going.

Either we have one of the first executive orders of the Obama Administration (staying enforcement WRT libraries by whatever department does this) or he's as big a shmuck as I'm starting to think he is.
