First thing I do every day is decide if we're going out. Do this by checking the weather forecast.

On TV, the forecast said rain all day, thunderstorms in the afternoon. On the computer, the forecast said rain all day, thunderstorms in the afternoon. Usually, you can expect three different forecasts to be reliable.

So we stayed in. We skipped gardening in the park and stayed in.

Did we get any rain? No, we did not get any rain. I've never been so frustrated about not getting rained on before!

Apparently everybody else got rain, though - the nighttime news was all about how that "crazy weather" had passed at last. WTF. Seriously, WTF? You can tell that something happened, though, it's no longer hotter than hades over here.

But I would've gone out if I'd known we wouldn't get so much as a teeny tiny drop.

Naturally, the first thing I did this morning was check the weather forecast. It's supposed to be nice and sunny. We'll see.

Hey, just to say - I'm still not very well, and I'd like to go and see the tunnel thing in London but not for a bit. If I plan to go, do you want me to let you know so we can try and see each other?

It rained out here on the island yesterday but not until about 3 minutes after we cleared the picnic table from our barbecue dinner. The timing was incredible and boy did it rain. The gutters on the house filled up within a minute of the first drops and the whole yard flooded. But it ended about as soon as it started. You should try NOAA.gov for your weather. They are usually pretty spot on. Yesterday for over here they called for a partly cloudy day with a 50% chance of thunderstorms in the late afternoon and they couldn't have been more accurate.

1) we have had HORRID weather here. Raining at the drop of a raindrop hat. I went for milk today, GORGEOUS OUT. The store is .3 miles from my house. 5 blocks. It was *~*~Misty~*~* when I walked out of the store. By the time I got home, I was DRENCHED TO THE BONE. >:O stupid rain.

2)also...Would you know what "Fidelity" would be in Latin? I would check online, but I don't trust online translators, you know?

Edited because I forgot my "2)" :(

I don't know, just the word, as in Faithful, loyal type meaning. Its for a friend who for some reason wanted to know, as "fidelity" is the name of their favorite song.
