That is awful. That just encourages people to murder babies. "Oh, let's just take this child to this place and kill it. The most we'll get is four years there and fifty years the other place. Hehehehe!" That is.. horrifying.

I don't think it encourages infanticide... anybody who waits until they give birth to do something about their child situation has some serious mental issues going on. It just bothers me.
