conulyTomorrow it'll be 87F and sunny! MUCH too hot for much cooking!
So I'll make tabouleh and baba ganoush (we've got a convection oven if I want to roast the eggplant first) and hummus, with some falafel and yogurt sauce to dip as well. And pita, but I can buy that.
