Geographically speaking, it's not that huge a country.

What interests me is that sounds an awful lot like what I had a few weeks ago (the horror!), which is still spreading around everybody I know in real life :( I feel so bad, I think Evangeline must be the one who got them all sick, both of us! (All my sister would say is "They can't spread it back to us, right? I think I'd die".)

And when I posted about it in my journal and on TBW, I got a comments that it's "over here" as well, when "over here" is far away from where I am. The US *is* a big country.

That's right. It's taking over the world, one sick person at a time.

Now I have a question about this....

I seem to have voted wrong. I thought the question was what we'd rather have.

Bugs are always worse. ALWAYS.

Yes. *shudder* Mildly phobic of insects at present, but an incident with bedbugs would probably ramp my phobia back to the level it was at a couple of years ago.

Eep, although I disagree, I made the same mistake. *re-votes*

A tough one, but made easier by the fact that I haven't had to deal with bedbugs, so I'm not as scared of them. I'll tell you though, if you had specifically mentioned queasiness (which doesn't always come with vomiting, I've found), there would have been no question that I'd pick bedbugs.

Much rather have pukes and poops than bugs.

I have emetophobia, so that was an easy call for me.

So that means it's the British Scouts that we get to blame for bringing it to the Scout Jamboree... I have a friend who got to spend New Year's day helping to set up the emergency hospital to deal with it.

Do the bugs also go away after seven or eight hours? Because I would far rather itch for eight hours than vomit ditto.
