I couldn't. My bed was too far from the bathroom, and I was literally throwing up once an hour, at 22 minutes past, from 12:22 until 6:22. Then I threw up again at 8:22 AM. The precision was kinda creepy.

So I hunkered down in my mom's bed instead, but I couldn't *sleep*. Even once all the throwing up was done, I kept having to run to the bathroom for some dry heaves every couple of hours.

I am, but it's a relative term. If I didn't have the vomiting of doom to compare from, I wouldn't think I felt well at all.

See post above. You'll be glad to note that I did finally enter a stage where I drifted in and out of consciousness, but I would hesitate to call it "sleep" in any sort of conventional sense.
