The plushie asylum has a new patient

Dub the turtle. His story doesn't make much sense to me, at least not in how it all turns out.

I understood like the second half of his story, but the first? With the clocks and timers and the lady and sand and stuff...? I DON'T UNDERSTAND. :( Oh well, he was absolutely adorable and when he cried and cried it got me all choked up.

Clearly he was angsting over time because he didn't have the time to race up to the pigtailed girl.
