I'd say I'm surprised... but I'm really not.

Look at it this way - with all the extinctions directly caused by humans, climate change won't be able to do as much this time around!

Hey, if we wait long enough, all the humans will die off. Then there will be brand new species evolving to fill empty niches, and the world will once again be safe for God's perfect little friends.
