The woman, called Kate, is in her 40s and suffers from one of the most severe forms of autism, Asperger's Syndrome.

Um, what? I will NOT post the link, not until I get an explanation of this sentence. I doubt their accuracy anyway.

Even though that sounds blatantly wrong(I've heard that aspergers has fewer sensory processing disorders than normal autism, which may have contributed to nakedmen's post in aspergers about aspergers being "normal"), I would like to see it in context and to read what justifications they have for this conclusion.

WTF?

How strange to find you here kalathia. Livejournal can be a small world after all.

I found that conuly had a lot of the same interests, so I decided to visit her journal. I've been here for a while, and she's on my friends list.

I do not think that word means what they think it means.

Methinks that person is confused and/or doesn't really know what they're talking about.

There are certainly more forms of autism that are more severe. Not to mention Asperger's is becoming more and more excepted in modern society (Not that that makes it easier).

Hmm... Well I went to [livejournal.com profile] staircase_wit's journal to try and find that link, as I was curious about the context, but there's a LOT of stuff there. Arr.

Anyway, it's very severe that people mean to use one word, but choose another instead. Though I don't know if that's the case here.

It's right on my Most Recent page.

In fact, I'll give you the URL if you go into [community profile] asperger and tell [profile] nakedmen to go fuck himself with a dry mop.

I'd love to see that.

I think he might have gotten banned, anyway. I certainly hope so. When you combine arrogance, hostility and stuborn denial of reality with insolant self-rightousness, what you get is a guy who really needs to be sodomized with a dry mop.

Watch out - that may be a reward to some people.
