The image is crap, it was taken on a cellphone. If you shrink it some, you should be able to see it better. The person in the background is Andrea (hi!), who is the mom of a kid we know, Wendy (hi!). She mailed me a picture of Ana and Wendy, but now I can't find it.

Isn't it the cutest thing ever?????

Though, to be perfectly honest, I'm starting to get fed up with her infatuation with strollers. Somebody suggested I get (dig up) a stroller for her, and I'm just - "why?" So I can lug it onto and off the bus? Over bumpy sidewalks? In front of moving cars? She only likes them because she's only a few times had to stay in them! If I spent any money or time on a stroller, she'd within a week or two dislike them, like a normal child. That's a lot of money for a learning experience.

Indeed.

It could be part of that fascination with things on wheels(like those wagons you get with the wooden blocks in them) that some kids have. Brad & James used to push each other around in those & I used a stroller with them. They would have done it with the stroller too, had I allowed it.

Hm. Evangeline *is* one of the few children I've seen actually pushing a toy truck around the floor. (And around. And around. And around. But now she's branching out to occasionally doing the same thing with toy animals, but she bounces them up and down. It's really cute.)

Brad is still obsessed with things like billy carts. :-) Mind you, he IS on the spectrum but I've known plenty of non-spectrum kids to be just as fascinated.
