Today is Little Christmas.
Jan. 6th, 2007 11:31 pmThe nieces and Su and Deniz were over running around and being tired and cranky. Eventually, I got tapped to put the baby to nap.
So we go into a darkened room and lie down and screamscreamSCREAM that we're NOT tired, NOT US!
And then she hugged me and fell asleep. On me. Leaving me in a darkened room with a very cuddly baby hugging me to sleep. So I stayed there until her mid-nap freakout. Missed part of dinner.
Note to the world: Cosleeping is clearly evil. Sure, you may say it's cuddly and snuggly, but you end up feeling bad at leaving. It's worse than sleeping with kitties all cuddled up with you.
Don't do it, unless you really *like* having cuddly weights of pure warmth and light on top of you.

Of course, babies probably smell better. And don't leave you covered in fur or scratch marks.
