As in, people call, and either through trolliness or wrongnumberness just hang up when you answer the phone. Hatehatehate!
So, after the third such phone call in two hours, I just did *69. If it's the same person, next time they call I can confirm it. Apparently (according to google) it's somebody living on 19th Avenue in Brooklyn. Which is nice and coinkydinkal, I used to live on 18th Avenue.
