Couldn't smell a thing today.

Which didn't suck too much, but was *really bizarre*. I could breathe through my nose at least some of the time, but I couldn't smell anything, from diapers to coffee. And while the coffee is a far more pleasant scent, it's useful to know if we've got a poo emergency.
And it's strange beyond belief to eat food with no flavor, it's like chewing on great big blobs of nuthin'.
I finally got a teeny bit of my smell back after abusing a decongestent - with great care, I could just barely smell a fresh-open can of coffee grounds. Everybody else assured me they could be smelled across the room.
Strangely, I've been worrrying more about the lack of smell than I did that time I lost all hearing in my left ear for a week and a half. I don't get that at all, and it's my own mind!
