My mom is trying to set me up with one of the security guards at her job.

She wants me to call him. NOT happening. Maybe this has slipped her notice somehow, but I don't really like people all that much. I know that lately I've apparently turned into this social butterfly of sorts, but I still really don't like hanging around people all that much. (Exception for people I already know - Fjorab, did you get my comment?)

So here I am asking her to please, just tell the guy I'm crazy, or gay, or ran off to Vegas to get married, but she's not obliging. My mother is mean.

(Not because of this - I should tell youse guys the stories of some of her practical jokes one day.)

Just wanted to point out this entry:

Only shows two preview icons, then links to a locked post. It irks me. People shouldn't be made to join to look at icons posted about in another community.

You're absolutely right, this is the place to complain, and that post is against the rules if it's less than two weeks old.
