Ana can now clap kinda in rhythm.
May. 28th, 2006 01:18 pmI just noticed this Friday - they were clapping to a song, and Ana wasn't doing her normal method of clapping haphazardly (like every kid her age seems to do), but actually matching the rhythm.
Or, more likely, clapping only when the adults were clapping.
But it's still really cool. It happened all of a sudden - last week she couldn't do this. Or wouldn't, anyway, which is much the same thing.
And she's getting better and better at singing close to tune. She can even be singing the actual melody if I sing with her and go slowly.
It's so wonderful :)
Everybody's gone to California, so I get to sleep late until Thursday, and Ana won't be back until the 7th. Yay.
