Date: 2006-04-08 08:44 pm (UTC)Usually clear is my answer, but for the last month or so I've had a sinus infection (which I've been avoiding seeing a doctor for, because I hate going to the doctor) so lately it's been more on the yellow/green side of the snot spectrum.
I'm sure you needed to know that. Well, you asked.
My advice (which I don't follow, but happily give out to others) - if it's yellow(ish) for more than a week, then you should see a doctor, because it's an infection and not just allergies or a cold.
Also, I've been looking to find one of these (http://www.jalanetipot.com/how.html).
