I have never for one moment thought Snape and Lily were in love with each other.
As for the rest.... I don't remember much of what happens from one book to the next. I don't remember the twins pushing people into cabinets, or Hermione tricking the house-elves. I had to think for a moment to even remember who Lily was.
Personally, I've never actually liked the character of Harry Potter much. I think he's a whiny brat who thinks too much of himself and thinks he can get away with anything because he's OMGTHECHOSENONE.
