New England (above DC) needs to secede, and I need to move there. Then the "good ol' US of A" needs to move its capital to Houston (or some other city in) Texas, like it practically has anyway.

Maybe...just maybe...this country will survive through the last few years of Bush's administration.

Did you know that in some states (Idaho) they do NOT require insurance companies to cover birth control PRESCRIBED as birth control?

I had to pay full price for the pill when I was taking it, because my insurance wouldn't cover it. If I had been taking it for medically necessary reasons, however, they would have covered it.

And they wonder why MEDICAID

Making birth control more affordable would be a good start. You know, to prevent even needing an abortion in the first place.
