Hm... the first case would certainly prove the muggles who fear that the wizards might abuse their power right, wouldn't it? And the last case - it's hardly legally supportable to execute an evil-doer on the spot; besides, if there are other wizards watching, why haven't they stopped the Evil Kidnapper Person earlier?
