conulybut I couldn't find an umbrella, so I made the decision not to walk in intermittently moderate rain down to the boat in order to get to Bryant Park or anywhere else.
Instead, I sent some pointed emails to my congresscritters. There will be other protests, hopefully in more clement weather.
